Jessie is a self-taught baker who has always had a passion for baking since an early age. Not to mention, she has an undeniable sweet tooth. Having experimented with macarons since late 2015, they have now become the highlight of Amelia & Rose among other baked treats. You can find her experimenting with new dessert recipes or tending to her plants and flowers (the inspiration for Amelia & Rose’s branding).
